Rich, creamy and complex the 2021 Arsonist is a blend the best barrel lots of our estate-grown Chardonnay. This is a classic California Chard with dense flavors of butterscotch, Crème brûlée, custard and caramel. Toasty oak, vanilla and a touch of brown sugar from barrel aging adds complexity. The Arsonist is one Chardonnay that is versatile enough to pair with everything from lobster bisque to a grilled steak.

Our 2021 Matchbook Malbec aromatics are a beautiful combination of bright crushed berries, vanilla and saddle leather. Blackberry and raspberry flavors on entry expand to include smokey, earthy, chocolate notes that lead to a touch of baking spice and black pepper on the finish. Soft tannins add a bit of structure that frame the juicy texture of this smooth and elegant wine. Matchbook Malbec is delicious on its own as an aperitif and versatile enough to pair with an array of favorite dishes from combo pizza to grilled lamb chops.
The wine opens with pretty aromas of violets, lavender and leather that belie the robust, rugged texture and broad, mouth-coating flavors of plum, nutmeg, clove and coffee.
