Description
This is a blend of the three varieties grown in the Dunnigan Hills Ranch; Arbequina, Arbosona and Koroneiki. The Arbequina adds tropical fruit aromatics, balanceand nutty, green olive flavors. Arbosona is very fruity, mild and buttery and contributes a higher percentage in the blend. The Koroneiki oil is more robust adding a nice punch of spice to the blend.
Our Tinto Rey Olive Oil offers fresh flavors of green grass, ripe apple and banana, nuts and walnut shell, as well as some black pepper in the finish. A balanced oil with a low to medium robustness and long, pleasant finish.
